Slay Your Dragons
Sometimes, fear can be useful. There are certain fears that aren't at all irrational - such as being afraid of things that can actually kill you. But most of us are held back by completely irrational fears which can be debilitating and joy-squashing. So this month, the challenge is to look at our fears and ask:
How would I feel if I conquered this fear?
Whether you're terrified of public speaking or have been putting off going to the dentist for far too long because you're afraid of the torture that goes on in those offices (hmm, spot my fear...), this is the time to have a go. We'll be looking at useful techniques you can use to squash those fears and get on with a fuller, more enjoyable life.
