STOP TIME - DAY THREE


Today's Stop Time challenge is to figure out exactly where your time goes. For all you fitbit nuts, you'll probably love the opportunity to track yet another thing... ๐Ÿ˜œ Here's the practice for today: 1 - Set a timer on your phone for 15 minutes. 2 - Every time it goes off, write down exactly what you've done for the past 15 minutes. 3 - Repeat until bedtime. This is not a 'productivity' exercise to cram more in to your day. It's simply a way to figure out if we're spending our time on things that make us happy or are fulfilling a need, a desire, a goal... or if we're just wasting time/life. I have a feeling way too much of my time goes on laundry... ๐Ÿ˜ซ
