STOP TIME - DAY THREE


Today's Stop Time challenge is to figure out exactly where your time goes. For all you fitbit nuts, you'll probably love the opportunity to track yet another thing... 😜 Here's the practice for today: 1 - Set a timer on your phone for 15 minutes. 2 - Every time it goes off, write down exactly what you've done for the past 15 minutes. 3 - Repeat until bedtime. This is not a 'productivity' exercise to cram more in to your day. It's simply a way to figure out if we're spending our time on things that make us happy or are fulfilling a need, a desire, a goal... or if we're just wasting time/life. I have a feeling way too much of my time goes on laundry... 😫
