Adulthood seems to kill off the joy of movement a little. If you look at children, they're constantly running, jumping, climbing, and dancing. They never sit still. Adults, on the other hand, mostly pace hurriedly from one appointment to the next and then flop into the nearest available chair with a groan. For this challenge, try asking yourself:
