HOW THE CHALLENGES WORK

 

The challenges are not intended to replace each other. The idea is to focus on one challenge for one week and then ADD another challenge the next week. We don’t drop the previous one, we keep working on it.

It might sound like a lot, but because you'll only add one challenge a week, the ones you've done for longer will start to become habits you don't have to think about.

The challenges will also be balanced - so if one week is a tough one, the next week will be relatively easy. Also, if you found a challenge difficult, just move more slowly. If you’re not finding it too bad, keep going - it will get easier the longer you do it.

You'll get reminders about the previous challenges as we go, and they'll always be accessible from this page should you need a refresher.

Change doesn't have to be hard or boring, but it does have to happen... May as well enjoy it!
